October 1st remains a powerful symbol of our unity, resilience and collective aspiration as a nation. It reminds us that despite our diversity, we remain one indivisible people bound by a shared destiny.
As we celebrate this historic day, we at the Nigeria Olympic Committee reaffirm our commitment to using the power of sport to unite our nation, inspire our youth and project the positive image of Nigeria to the world.
Our athletes have continued to make us proud on the continental and world stage, demonstrating the true Nigerian spirit of excellence, determination and fair play. Their successes remind us of what we can achieve when we work together as one.
Let us continue to uphold the Olympic values of Excellence, Friendship and Respect as we build the Nigeria of our dreams.
