NOC Women Commission will be organising a two day workshop for Women in Sports.

is scheduled to hold in Abuja from 12^th– 13^th April 2022. Theme of the Seminar is” EFFECTIVE CAREER ENHANCEMENT FOR TODAY WOMEN IN SPORTS”. This seminar is to enhance the productivity of women in the administrative and management of Sports. The second seminar is targeted at Women who have attained the leadership position.

For many years, the NOC noticed how difficult it has been for women to win elections at the Federations level and into NOC. As a result, this seminar will focus on the challenges faced by Women and solutions to these challenges. The seminar will take place in Lagos from 27^th-28^th April 2022. The theme is SPORTS POLITICS: WOMEN INCLUSION

The seminar is designed for women at the management and administrative level that are aspiring to grow in their career as Sports Managers/Administrators.
