Ese Brume

Ese Brume (born 20 January 1996) is a Nigerian athlete who specializes in the long jump. She is a three-time African senior champion in the Long Jump and holds a personal best of 7.17 m (23 ft 6+1⁄4 in) She is the African junior record holder in the event and also a five-time African junior champion in athletics. The Ughelli born athlete wrote her name in the history books of Nigeria during the Olympics as becoming one of the two athletes that brought lorels to Nigeria in the just concluded 2020 Summer Olympics, at Tokyo. The bronze medalist in the Long Jump event at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, with a jump of 6.91 m was able to win a Bronze medal for Nigeria with a jump of 6.97m.
